Target Deals: 10/25-10/31

Here are the highlights from the Target ad (plus other in store deals) this week. At Target, you can use one Target coupon and one manufacturer's coupon per item. The printable Target coupons now state "one per transaction" meaning you can only use one "like" coupon per transaction. You can read/print their coupon policy here.
