Remember my post about Huggies? Well I also emailed Act II popcorn as well. This time I had a reason, since all the bags in the box had a ton of old maids left inside after popping. They sent me a letter and apologized that I had a bad experience plus sent me 2 coupons for free boxes of popcorn. So remember it pays to open your mouth to give a compliment or suggestions, you might just get something free in the mail.
